Our pieces are one-of-a-kind, and if they are sold, we will try our
best to mark them sold on the site, however, we can't guarantee the
piece is still available at any given time.
Shipping

All shipments will be via USPO Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation and insurance.

International orders will be shipped via USPO Global Priority Mail and
insured.

Your order ship either the same day or next business day.

Please allow 10 days for the item in transit, though it should be
there in less than a week.

Of course, if you want to use a different type of shipping than USPO
Priority Mail, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Merchandise is shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

All merchandise is shipped prepaid with insurance.
Refunds and returns
We think you will be happy with items you order. However, if you are
unsatisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund or full
credit, excluding shipping and handling. Contact us at
returns@jewelryspectrum.com for
a return code number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN
NUMBER ON THE PACKAGING.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery. You are responsible for
the return shipping charges. All returns must be via USPO Priority Mail
with insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
